檔案總管→工具→資料夾選項→檢視→進階設定：
需要設定為「顯示所有系統檔案和資料夾」。


將C:\Documents and Settings\NLPS(使用者帳戶名稱)\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates裡的所有範本檔(Normal.dot)及暫存檔(~$Normal.dot)刪除，即可正常啟動Microsoft Office Word 2003.
